We are collaborating with NCGR and AFAN on a daylong event for International Astrology Day to be held on Saturday, March 20, featuring 8 top speakers on a variety of topics! It's a terrific "mini-conference" not to be missed! And since you won't want to tear yourself away for lunch (although there are 25 restaurants within 1/4 of a mile) we'll have catered box lunches! General Meeting Info

SFAS invites you to join us on the last Thursday of the month for a lively astrological presentation, discussion and excellent company.

Meetings start at 7:30 pm and are held at the Fort Mason Center in San Francisco's Marina District. Parking and public transit available.

Meetings cost $7 for members and $12 for non-members for the general public.

$2 discounts off meeting fees for:

  • Students with a student ID card
  • Senior citizens (age 65+),
  • People experiencing their Uranus Return (born 1925 or earlier) with membership get in for free!

Centre for Psychological Astrology - London - CPA provides a unique workshop and professional training program, designed to foster the cross-fertilisation of the fields of astrology and depth, humanistic and transpersonal psychology. The Center was founded by Dr. Liz Greene and Howard Sasportas in 1983.

Astrologos - one of the world's premier astrological schools offers courses founded in Australia in 1984 and now located in the UK. Offers astrological courses taught through Open Learning and the Internet.

American Council of Vedic Astrology - Sedona, AZ - ACVA is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to teaching the art and science of Vedic Astrology or Jytotish. ACVA provides a certification program which utilizes symposia, research and online education. Founded by the late Dr. B.V. Raman, ACVA's governing board includes noted vedic astrologers and researchers Dr. David Frawley and Dennis M. Harness, Ph.D.

Project Hindsight - founded to make the primary source texts of the western astrological tradition available in modern English translations. Current focus is on the investigation and teaching of Hellenistic astrology, including the recent unveiling of the translation of over 50 volumes of ancient astrological mathematical works by the scholar Robert Schmidt, which represent a source of all the Western astrology known today.
