It's a terrific "mini-conference" not to be missed! And since you won't want to tear yourself away for lunch (although there are 25 restaurants within 1/4 of a mile) we'll have catered box lunches! General Meeting Info
SFAS invites you to join us on the last Thursday of the month for a lively astrological presentation, discussion and excellent company.
Meetings start at 7:30 pm and are held at the Fort Mason Center in San Francisco's Marina District. Parking and public transit available.
Meetings cost $7 for members and $12 for non-members for the general public.
$2 discounts off meeting fees for:
- Students with a student ID card
- Senior citizens (age 65+),
- People experiencing their Uranus Return (born 1925 or earlier) with membership get in for free!

Panel Discussion: 2010 and Beyond
June Crane is a professional consulting astrologer, author and teacher with over 25 years experience. Specializing in personal, electional and relocation astrology, she is a certified Astro*Carto*Graphy interpreter, level III NCGR and certified Feng Shui Practitioner through the Feng Shui Institute of America. Her diverse training allows her to bring a unique perspective on merging Western Astrology with modern techniques of Feng Shui. Her teaching philosophy focuses on presenting knowledge in a warm and direct manner, which makes learning accessible to all. She travels and lectures nationally on Astrology, the Tarot and Creating Sacred Space. June lives in California where she maintains her private practice, in-person and by phone. She authors a monthly astrology column on her website, www.starpathz.com where she can be contacted.
Jack Fertig (born 21 Feb. 1955 12:16 pm CST [18.16 GMT] in Chicago, Illinois, USA) has been studying Astrology since 1969 and practicing professionally in San Francisco since 1980. A long time columnist in the San Francisco Bay Times and then the San Francisco Spectrum, he has also written for a number of other journals and magazines. He teaches classes and offers both personal and business consultations, but his principle interest is in outer planet motions and their correlations to social and historical changes. He is a member of the International Society for Astrological Research, the National Council for Geo-Cosmic Research, the Yugoslav Astrologers’ Association, and a founding member of the Association for Astrological Networking. He has recently been elected to the AFAN Steering Committee, and taught a class in Mundane Astrology through the Online College of Astrology in the autumn of 2008.
