Each is another way you can leave feedback on our events, ask other members any questions you may have about astrology, offer any ideas for discussion, suggest future events, and get more involved in the astrological community. SFAS invites you to join us on the last Thursday of the month for a lively astrological presentation, discussion and excellent company.
Regular meetings start at 7:30 pm and are held at the Fort Mason Center, Building C, Room C-260 -- in San Francisco's Marina District. Parking and public transit available.
(In November and December, to accomodate the holidays -- and when there are special events at Ft. Mason -- meetings may be earlier in the month, but still always on Thursdays.)
Regular Meetings, open to the general public, cost $7 for members and $12 for non-members.

Maps and Directions to the SFAS Meeting Location
Fort Mason Center is located at the intersection of Marina & Buchanan streets in the Marina district of San Francisco. SFAS typically meets in Landmark Building C - often in Room C-230, but occasionally elsewhere-check announcements.
Parking
Enter Fort Mason at intersection of Buchanan Street & Marina Blvd. Make a sharp right into the Center for inexpensive paid parking, or park along the marina for free.
Public Transportation
The 28 -19th Avenue Muni Line directly serves Fort Mason. In addition, such lines as the 22 - Fillmore, 30 - Stockton, and 47 - Van Ness can bring you within a short walk. Check www.sfmuni.com for an online route map or call (415) 673-6864 for help planning your bus route.
BART, (www.bart.gov, 510-465-2278,) and SamTrans (www.samtrans.com, 800-660-4287) are good ways to get to San Francisco, but from downtown you will need to transfer to MUNI to get to Fort Mason.
From Marin County, Golden Gate Transit: www.goldengatetransit..org, (415) 455-2000 has lines which travel near Fort Mason, as well as frequent connections to the Muni 28 line.
Driving From the East Bay
Bay Bridge to Fremont Street Exit;
On Fremont (100 yards north);
Take first right onto Howard;
Left on Embarcadero; Embarcadero (about 2 miles) to Bay and turn left;
Bay (about 2 miles) to Buchanan and turn right.
Cross Marina Blvd. & make a sharp right into Fort Mason Center.
Driving from the North Bay
Golden Gate Bridge (toll southbound)/US 101 to Marina Blvd. exit;Driving from the Peninsula/South Bay
US 101 North to 9th Street;OR
US 280 North to 19th Avenue Exit;
Stay on 19th Avenue North towards Golden Gate Bridge & through Golden Gate Park;
19th Avenue becomes Park Presidio Blvd;
After the tunnel, take Marina Blvd.
Exit (next to last San Francisco Exit);
Marina Blvd. (1.5 miles) to Buchanan and turn left into Fort Mason Center.
