ERIS: A Planet for our Times

ERIS, past Pluto and named a ‘dwarf’ planet in 2006, is therefore now in the same astronomical category as Pluto. I will present information that I have been researching regarding the Eris archetype in Western Astrology.  Just as Pluto is (still) a planet, I regard Eris as a planet. The archetype seems to be well-defined as a feminine Warrior for Soul Purpose, and is quite a key for our current social situation. My book, The Tenth Planet: Revelations from the Astrological Eris  just published by The Wessex Astrologer, demonstrating Eris’s power in charts on the order of depth of the other major outer planet archetypes, will be available at the talk.

Henry Seltzer  has been an astrologer and an astrological counselor for over 30 years. His major publication to date has been the TimePassages astrology software on Windows, Mac and the popular TimePassages Pro app for the iPhone, for which he wrote the acclaimed interpretations. He holds graduate degrees in linguistics from NYU and UCSD and carries on an active practice in Santa Cruz, California. His book, The Tenth Planet: Revelations from the Astrological Eris  is out now on AbeBooks.com, Amazon, etc.,  and will be available for signing at this event.
